Overview

It’s not just training for ministry — it’s about empowering people to live life to the fullest. The Ministry Training Center (MTC) is for those who want to mature in their relationship with God, as well as those who feel called to full-time ministry. Whatever your ambition, MTC is a safe place to learn, grow, and challenge your way of thinking. Students explore the ways of God through in-depth, practical application in a classroom environment. Worship, prayer, and even everyday life take on a whole new dimension as you uncover the hidden treasures of God’s Word. MTC offers a two-year certificate program as well as a two-year diploma program after the certificate has been completed. Classes begin every September. The Objectives

1. Gain Knowledge in the basic tenets of the Word.
2. Ground and establish students in Faith.
3. Develop strong spiritual disciplines.
4. Encourage a sensitivity to the leading of the Holy Spirit while providing guidance and counsel that is based upon the Word of God.
5. Create a climate that fills students with compassion for people and a desire to see them come into a life-changing relationship with Jesus Christ.


Certificate

Certificate Level is benefical for everyone. It provides the basis for personal spiritual growth and development. You'll discover that there’s a lot more to the Christian life than you ever thought possible. At the end of this two-year program you'll be equipped to live life to the fullest!

  4. Holy Sprit Person and Work
  5. Full Life Prosperity
  6. The Authority of the Believer
  7. Understanding Man: Spirit, Soul and Body
  8. Healing: Yesterday, Today, and Tomorrow

Curriculum — Second Year

  1. Prayer Principles
  2. The Spiritual Dimension
  3. New Testament Church Government
  4. The Christian Family
  5. The Church and Dominion
  6. The Tabernacle
  7. Lifestyle Evangelism
  8. The Life of Praise and Worship


Diploma

Diploma Level builds on the foundational principles established in the Certificate Curriculum by providing an emphasis on the development of scriptural leadership and self-discovery. This program is designed to prepare you to effectively pursue the expression of the vision in your heart and take your place in the Body.

  3. Eschatology 1
  4. The Feasts of Israel
  5. Eschatology 2
  6. Ministerial Excellence
  7. Pastoral Elective
  8. Spiritual Inheritance: The Father Son Ministry
Curriculum — Second Year

PRACTICAL APPLICATION - After completing the first year of Diploma Level, students are given the opportunity to apply through hands on ministry the spiritual disciplines that have been instilled. By the completion of this year the students will have learned to integrate personal faith and practical leadership skills.


Graduation requirements
  1. Involvement in an approved area of ministry.
  2. Bi-weekly written reports.
  3. Monthly meetings with Training Center Director.
  4. Completion of reading assignments.
  5. Active participation in church activities.
  6. Attendance at periodic group training sessions.
